Configuring Your Populi Account

You will receive an email to set up your Populi account. If you did not receive an email, please contact us at jdisupport@pcj.edu . To set up the account:
  1. Click click this link in the email you received (see below).


    2. The Verify Text Message Number dialog displays, asking for you to enter your cellphone. 


  2. We strongly recommend adding your cellphone number and verifying it, as it will enable the Josephinum to text you from the platform.
  3. Alternatively, click Skip this for now to skip this step, and the Set Populi Password dialog displays.


  4. Enter your password in the New Password field. Then enter it again in the Confirm New Password field.  The system will notify you if they do not match.


  5. Click the checkbox to confirm you agree to the Populi Acceptable Use Policy.
  6. Then click Save Password and Log In . You are logged into the platform.
