Viewing your transcript (past courses and grades)

Your transcript is the official record of the courses you've taken, are taking, or have transfered, and how they apply to your academic program(s). To view your unofficial transcript, g o to My Profile > Student .

  1. Your transcript is organized around your academic program(s). If you're listed in more than one program, use the drop-down to switch between your different transcripts. None shows you the courses, if any, that aren't mapped to one of your programs.
  2. Each semester in which you've taken courses is shown on the transcript. In addition to your courses and grades, you'll also see things like your term and cumulative GPA, credits/hours, and grade points.

Exporting Your Transcript

To export an unofficial version of your transcript:
  1. Click Transcript Actions .
  2. Select Export Transcript from the drop-down. This creates a PDF of your unofficial transcript. Check if you wish to include an appendix with course descriptions.

Requesting an Official Transcript

All current Josephinum Diaconate Institute (distance learning) students and alumni are to use the following link to our online transcript service provider:  Parchment . You will be prompted to establish an account with this service. This service will provide additional options such as electronic transcripts and delivery services. The Josephinum also is able to receive electronic transcripts from this service.  When creating a transcript service account, you will be asked to provide your full name, date of birth, email address,  student number and dates of attendance.  This information, including your student number (DL-xxxxx) may be found in your student profile in the Student Registration System.  Student profiles did not include date of birth prior to 2017 and this information must be entered into your student profile before a transcript request can be processed.  Please note that in creating your transcript service account for the Josephinum, your Student Number is required and your SSN is not required.

Expedited transcripts will be processed the same day if the order is received prior to 1:00pm EST Monday-Friday excluding school holidays. A transcript request received after 1:00pm will be processed the next business day.
